Bad, bad weather!

I know, I know...I already posted on blog today. I should really get a life and stop thinking any of this stuff matters to anyone, but then again it's my blog and I can blab if I want to. I didn't end up being lazy after all today. I ended up being quite productive. The catalyst was something I'd rather not dwell on...I'm trying to put it out of my mind. Let's just say something ate through the bread bag for the 2nd time in a few weeks. I've been putting the bread in the microwave since this happened while my parents were here. Guess I forgot to put it back in last night after nuking something...Whoops! So anyways, I haven't seen any other visible signs of having any intruders, so I decided to make it my mission to find out where it (or God forbid they) were coming from. I should also tell you that this has also become Alana's new ploy for keeping me up all night. She claims she's scared there's mice in her room and they will bite her. I can't say I blame her...But today I had to make sure to go from room to room spraying "Magic Mouse-be-Gone" spray everywhere.

My first stop, Alana's playroom/our under the stair storage.
Only those who have actually seen this room as of late can appreciate this...

So I literally spent hours and hours, organizing, cleaning, searching...I didn't find much but I managed to accomplish a lot in the process. When I was nearing the end of my obsessing, I was struck by something shining through the back doors...This, my friends, is apparently what it looks like when there is supposed to be a tropical storm on your doorstep.
Last, but certainly not least...I leave you with a picture of Alana. She has been wanting a "nightgown" ever since I got a new one after my surgery. This is what we came up with--because she has a drawer full of brand new (very comfy and cute) pajamas...She is SO proud!
Peace, Love and Pest Control

Wow, you should come get productive at my house next. LOL ;)

I love Alana's nightgown. LOL

Now if that mouse be gone spray really worked!!!

"Once inside a building, rodents will follow plumbing and wiring to access all levels and many rooms. Gaps around pipes should be blocked. Pay special attention to pipes under the kitchen sink, bathrooms, laundry room and hot water tank." Dryer vents can def. be an entry point. I've seen that.

Anyway, hope you can get rid of the freeloaders.

Nice work on getting so much done.
